Heart Smarts® For children under Grade 3.	You are looking for a way to instill good habits that will carry your child through into adulthood. You want to encourage your child to be kind, considerate and a positive contributor to the world. You want to develop your child's self-esteem and the power to make wise choices in life.	Minimum 6 1/2 hr. sessions
Test Edge® - Grade 3 to 5	You want to provide your child with tools that will set them up for life. Stress Smarts - Students learn emotion-refocusing techniques proven to lower stress and test anxiety and to increase focus and comprehension. Test Smarts - Advanced test-taking skills and strategies for higher test scores. Fact Smarts - TestEdge® helps students improve their ability to absorb and remember the facts and skills taught in their core academic curricula. TestEdge® also dramatically improves attitudes and classroom behaviors. The emotion-refocusing tools taught in TestEdge® allow students to effectively deal with psychological stress and its symptoms. As a qualified teacher, I have had a great deal of experience working with children. As a teenager, I taught swimming, which fostered my love of teaching. I went on to pursue a Bachelor of Education and then held a variety of teaching positions in 3 provinces, having moved for the different opportunities provided to me.

I am excited to impart these invaluable tools and techniques to your child so that they are able to excel in whatever they choose to do. They will be able to use heart-based stress tools over the course of their lifetime, both personally and professionally.
